Understanding the Roots and Temperament of the Ruling Group
To truly understand America, one must understand the roots and national character (民族性) of the leaders who guide this nation.
Anyone with a high school education or higher knows that the United States (美國) originated with the Puritans (淸敎徒) who came from England (英國).
Migration of the Anglo-Saxons
Historically, the mainstream (主流) power in England was formed by the alliance of the Angles (Angle) and Saxons (Saxon). They are descendants of the Germanic people, anddue to factors such as the decline of the Western Roman Empire (AD 395-476) and the invasion of the Huns (Hun, a nomadic people believed to be of Turkic origin, who existed in Central Asia and the Caucasus in the 5th century), the Germanic people began a great migration. During this time, these tribes invaded the largest island in what is now England, driving out the Britons (Britons, a tribe that lived on the ancient British Isles and was a branch of the Celts) and establishing the Anglo-Saxon kingdoms.
These descendants of the Anglo-Saxons formed the British Empire (大英帝國) in the 16th and early 17th centuries, becoming the first to achieve industrial revolution (産業 革命, the first industrial revolution, which began in England in the 18th century, spread to Europe and North America in the 19th century). Based on this, they became the leader (盟主) of the world, including Canada, the United States, and Australia.
Their descendants immigrated (移民) to American soil, adopted so-called free capitalism (資本主義), and have dominated the world for three centuries. However, their national (民族) temperament (氣質) can be seen as cruel (殘忍).(Quote: https://www.sedaily.com/NewsView/1HWQF8BW89, , Anglo-Saxon national temperament, Seoul Economy, 2003. 1. 28)
How does God use cruel people and nations (民族) as his chosen people? We can see this through a long history.
Romans 12
14. Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.. (Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.)
17. Never pay back evil for evil to anyone. Do everything you can to live at peace with everyone.. (Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.)
18. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.
18. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
19. My dear friends,do not take revenge. Leave that to the wrath of God. For the Scriptures say, "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord. (Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.)
20. If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head. (Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.)
21. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.. (Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.)
What Happens When You Hate Evil But Bless the Evildoer | Basic Church, Pastor Jo Jeong-min
In the 21st century, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic, K-pop and other elements of K-culture have resonated with young people around the world. At the same time, as South Korea officially enters the ranks of developed nations, its economic and military power is increasing, leading to heightened global interest. It is nothing short of a miracle that South Korea, a nation reduced to ashes by war, is the only country in the world to have achieved this level of progress. Developing nations look to South Korea as a model, and the country receives attention from many countries in the diplomatic arena as well.
This could beGod's plan to use the Korean people (韓民族) and the Republic of Korea (大韓民國). If that's the case, each individual and nation needs to prepare and take action to have a positive influence on their neighbors.
So, what is the mission of the children of the true way and their community?
